What is the total cost of a website?
The fixed prices are one-off payments: Start €399, Profi €719, 4D Premium €949. Monthly maintenance is optional and includes hosting, domain, maintenance, backups and content updates (Start: quarterly for €19/month; Profi: monthly for €29/month; 4D: every 3 weeks for €49/month or weekly for €99/month). You can also manage your own hosting. Cancel monthly, with no hidden costs.
I have no copy or good photos. Is that a problem?
No. We write the copy for you. In the first consultation, we simply talk about your business. A modern smartphone is enough for photos; we crop, optimise and place them.
Can I manage hosting and my domain myself?
You can manage hosting and your domain yourself. You then pay no additional €9 monthly fee to us; you pay your own provider instead. If we set up and manage your domain and business email, this additional service costs €9/month. Website maintenance is separate and optional.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No. You can cancel optional monthly maintenance each month with hosting and any handover agreed together.
I already have one of your websites but no maintenance plan. What does a change cost?
We can also change text, photos, opening hours, prices and more without a maintenance plan. Depending on the work, the cost is at least €59 per change request. Email or call us: you receive a fixed quote before we start. If you need several changes a year, optional maintenance from €19/month may be better value.
Does this work if I have no computer skills?
Yes. Our clients include tradespeople and retailers, not just IT specialists. You receive a short 30-minute introduction and can request changes by email or phone.
What about legal notices, privacy and GDPR?
Included. We prepare the legal notice and privacy policy based on your information. The contact form includes a privacy notice and spam protection.
Can you also set up my domain and business email?
Yes, for an additional €9/month. We register your preferred domain and set up a professional address such as info@your-company.com , including forwarding to your phone and ongoing management. Cancel monthly; the domain and addresses belong to you and can be transferred at any time.
Is there a plan without a fixed price?
Yes: Flex. After a free consultation, we agree on what your website needs to do and provide a transparent quote based on the work. You then customise the text, images, colours and content yourself after a 60-minute training session. We can also provide hourly support.
