This website is configured for Netlify hosting. Netlify processes technical data such as IP address, time, browser details and requested pages to operate and secure the website. Enquiries and Netlify Forms

The form processes name, business, email address, package, message, language and consent. Netlify Forms stores submissions in the project; an email notification goes to info@digitaleweitsicht.com. Details are used to handle enquiries and follow-up questions. Legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR for consent. A hidden field helps prevent spam. The form does not send automated marketing emails.

Language switching and local drafts

If you change language with an unfinished enquiry, fields are temporarily saved in your browser tab’s sessionStorage and removed after being restored on the next language page. This storage does not transmit data to us. Privacy consent is not carried over. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: preserving your input during a requested language switch.

Retention

Enquiries are kept only as long as required to handle them and meet statutory retention obligations. The specific deletion period and deletion from Netlify and the mailbox must be defined before publication.

External websites

The Kaffee Zwerg reference link opens that website only after you click it. Its preview image is served locally. No external fonts are loaded.

Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Articles 15–21 GDPR). Consent may be withdrawn for the future. You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR).
